Schedule a Cooking Class in your Home
Open a bottle of wine or two as you and your friends enjoy learning how to prepare some great Cajun favorites. Chef Kevin Brown will take you through the rich history of Cajun food while demonstrating how to blend those great Cajun spices with delicious ingredients. You help choose the menu, which may include Chicken Gumbo - an aromatic simmer of chicken, okra, vegetables, rice to make your mouth water, or perhaps Blackened Catfish Etouffee. From Jambalaya to Red Beans & Rice you and your friends will experience an evening to remember. You will receive hands-on experience and recipes to guide you, as you become a New Orleans style Cajun Chef!
